Contact us
Email hello@nazeil.com. Include the phone number or email on your account so we can find it, and screenshots if something looks wrong.
Our team works Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 18:00 Cairo time. Viewing confirmations go out during those hours.
Trouble signing in
- Codes arrive on WhatsApp first, then Telegram, then SMS. Check all three, and check that the number you entered is right.
- A code lasts about three minutes. If it expired, tap Send a new code.
- After several wrong attempts the code stops working; request a new one.
- If you signed up with Google or Apple, sign in the same way. The phone number is added later, when you book your first viewing.
About a viewing
A viewing shows as Awaiting confirmation until we have spoken to the owner. If you have heard nothing within one working day, email us with the listing and the slot. You can cancel any viewing in the app up to 24 hours before it starts.
A listing looks wrong
If a price, an address or a photo is wrong, or a listing is no longer available, send us the link from the share button in the app. We check every report and take down what does not hold up.
Deleting your account
You can delete your Nazeil account yourself, at any time, from inside the app:
- Open the app and sign in.
- Open the menu and choose Profile.
- Scroll down and choose Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate.
What is deleted: your account, name, phone number and email, your conversations with the assistant, your saved listings, your viewings and any seller application, including the ID document. You are signed out on every device and cannot undo this.
What may be kept: records the law requires us to keep, such as a viewing that became a dispute, and anonymised statistics that do not identify you. Server logs expire on their own within 30 days.
If you cannot open the app, email hello@nazeil.com from the address on your account (or from the phone number on it, if you have no email) with the subject "Delete my account", and we will delete it within 7 days and confirm.
