The agreement
Nazeil is operated by Nazeil LLC ("Nazeil", "we"). By creating an account or using the Nazeil app or nazeil.com (the "service"), you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who can use Nazeil
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The service is built for property in Egypt; you may use it from elsewhere, but listings, viewings and our team are in Egypt.
Your account
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. We use your phone number to confirm viewings, so it must be yours.
- One account per person. Do not share your account or the one-time codes we send you.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
- You can delete your account at any time from Profile in the app.
What Nazeil does, and does not do
Nazeil is an assistant. It finds listings that match what you describe, shows you the price, the place and the facts, books a viewing slot and calls to confirm it. Where a listing comes from the web, Nazeil says so and links to the source.
Nazeil is not a party to any sale, lease or stay. It does not hold deposits, does not sign contracts on your behalf and is not a licensed real estate broker or a law firm. Any agreement about a property is between you and the owner, the developer or the listing site, on their terms.
Listings
Listings added by Nazeil are checked by our team before they are published. Listings collected from the web are shown as they appear on the source and are marked as such. Prices, availability and details can change without notice, and photos may not show the current state of a property.
Verify everything that matters to you before you pay anything. If you spot a listing that is wrong, misleading or no longer available, report it in the app or by email and we will look into it.
Viewings
- A viewing request is a request. It is confirmed only when we tell you so, by phone call or in the app.
- Turn up on time. If you cannot make it, cancel in the app at least 24 hours before the slot so the owner is not kept waiting.
- Behave respectfully at the property and follow any reasonable instruction from the person showing it.
- Repeated no-shows may lead to a limit on future bookings.
Listing with Nazeil
If you apply to list a property, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to offer it, and that the details and photos you provide are accurate. We verify your identity with your national ID, and we may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.
You keep the rights to the photos and text you give us. You grant Nazeil a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to show, copy, adapt and distribute them within the service and in material that promotes the listing, for as long as the listing is published and for a reasonable time after to keep records.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- scrape, copy or resell listings or any part of the service,
- use the service to harass, defraud or discriminate against anyone,
- post content you do not have the right to post, or that is unlawful,
- try to get around the fair-use limits, the sign-in checks or any security measure,
- use the assistant to generate content unrelated to finding, listing or viewing property,
- interfere with the service or with other people’s use of it.
The assistant’s answers
The assistant is powered by a language model. It can misunderstand a request, miss a listing or state something that is not accurate. Its answers are information to help you search, not legal, financial or investment advice, and not a promise that a property is available or suitable. Check the listing and, for anything important, get independent advice.
Fees
Searching, chatting and booking viewings are free. If we introduce fees for any part of the service, we will tell you in advance and you will be able to accept them or stop using that part.
Assistant use is subject to a fair daily limit per account, shown in the app.
Intellectual property
The Nazeil name, mark, app, website and software belong to Nazeil and its licensors. You may use the service for your own personal search for property and not for anything else without our written permission. Content you submit stays yours, subject to the licence in the section on listing.
Third-party services
The service uses and links to third parties: the app stores, Google and Apple sign-in, maps, external listing sites and messaging providers. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used for fraud or abuse, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you why. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue after the account ends.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a listing is accurate or available, or that a viewing will take place.
To the extent Egyptian law allows, Nazeil is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss arising from a property transaction, or for the acts of owners, developers, listing sites or other users. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Nazeil in the twelve months before the claim, which today is nil. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If there is a dispute, contact us first and we will try to resolve it with you. Otherwise the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have under mandatory consumer law to bring a claim where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will show a notice in the app or email you before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms. The date at the top is the date the current version took effect.
